Hello from our Family
We all have key roles in raising well rounded, loved to pieces, healthy Cavapoo Puppies! From birth until we lovingly hand them to you, your Golden Valley Pup has experienced life on a farm, with acres to run and play, children to chase (and a cat or two), and hours of snuggle time under the tree in the front yard.
I’m Lindsy! The one you will talk to when you call, and the lady behind all the photos, and emails. I am a stay at home mama to our four littles and love every moment (unless they are fighting ;)). My parents raised pups during my childhood and have passed their passion for it onto me. I cannot imagine life without puppies.
My Husband, Kevin, is a jack of all trades type of fellow. He farms, works as an agronomist, and loves to do all his wife's DIY projects. ;) He also is the one who sits up with me for hours on end when a puppy mama is in labor. He is the "janitor" too, and let me tell you, puppies make a mess!
Now for the kids - We feel it is so important for each of them to be involved in the process and for the puppies to be socialized by all ages. Our kids crew ages are 14-8, the oldest helps with baths, walks, and loves to snuggle with them on the couch, claiming that all the boy pups are his (which makes his younger brother scream...imagine that). The girls help with pictures, making sure the pups are primed and prepped with hair bows and bow ties, and of course love to sneak them off to their room for afternoon naps. The youngest oversees feeding the pups, if you do his job for him be prepared for the stomping, fit throwing tantrum that is about to follow. He loves puppy kisses, and holding them real tight! :) Mamie is our very own Cavapoo that loves to be a "mother" to all of our pups. For some reason the kids are way happier when she wakes them up with a kiss in the morning then if I do?!
